How many sessions are necessary? 

After your initial free consultation we go through the Intake & Assessment process which takes an average of 1-3 sessions. It is common to establish weekly sessions for the first few months; nevertheless, the number of sessions is unique for each person depending on their needs. Some people notice that in a short time they achieve what they want, while others decide to extend their participation to attend to other needs that arise. It is highly encourage to have a closing session regardless of where you are in the process if you decide to discontinue treatment. What options do I have if I cannot afford your rate at this time?

Don't let cost limit your desire to invest in your mental health. Contact me! Depending on circumstances, you may qualify for a lower rate. or I can provide you with information on therapists that can accommodate you.

How do I know we’re the right fit?

Finding “the right therapist” took me some time, but once I did, it felt like a divine gift. You can hear & read about here! My hope for you is that you find your person as well. I strongly believe that once you are ready to invest in your healing, you will find the right fit for you. Every therapist is different, and styles vary depending on our life experiences, specialties and training. Suggestions vary on how many sessions one should attend before deciding if you’ve found the right fit. If at any point you find that my therapeutic style does not fit your current needs, I have a list of incredible therapists I can recommend. The ultimate goal is that you be in relationship with someone with whom you feel completely safe and seen. I hope I can be that person for you.
